     Rep. Tim Johnson was elected in 2020 to his first term in the Kansas 38th District of the House of Representatives.  In 2022 he was re-elected unopposed to a second term of a district that saw some redistricting changes.  The 38th District now includes all of Basehor and Linwood cities and portions of Leavenworth and Kansas City, Kansas.  
​     The 2024 session will begin in January and currently Rep. Johnson is preparing legislation to file that will support the needs of the people who elected him.
