April 23-27, 2022 Roadrunners Reunion In Northeast Kansas The "Roadrunners" from the 1968-1969 era of the Vietnam War. Highly decorated for their combat in recon and intelligence, they survived the Battle of Landing Zone St. George. Rep. Johnson honored the squad on their 52nd anniversary at the Topeka State Capitol in April of 2022.
